2023/24 Season Ticket Exchange Period Now Open

The Stena Line Belfast Giants are pleased to announce that the seat exchange period for those who have renewed their season ticket(s) for the 2023/24 season is now open, and will run until 12pm on Wednesday 5 April 2023.

This is your only opportunity to change your season ticket(s) seat(s). Once the seat exchange window closes, season tickets will then go on early bird sale to the general public.

To make a change to your current seat(s), please click here. Instructions on how to exchange your seat(s) can be found below.

• Click on ‘swap’ or ‘upgrade seats’.
• Select the seat(s) you wish to swap or upgrade by clicking on the ‘upgrade seats’ button.
• Once you have selected the seat(s), click ‘next’.
• You can then select the seat(s) you want using the seat map.
• Place the seat(s) in your shopping cart.
• Review your seat(s) and the exchange cost (if applicable), and select 'checkout'.
• Select 'make payment' and enter your payment details.

The exchange period for those who have renewed their 2023/24 season ticket(s) will begin at 12pm (noon) on Wednesday 29 March 2023 and will run until 12pm (noon) on Wednesday 5 April 2023.

The home fan area at the middle and upper sections of WEST7, where you can find our loudest and proudest fans who lead the cheers and chants, is known as Boomerang Corner.

This area will remain fully ticketed from the beginning of the 2023/24 season. If you would like to sit in this area, you must purchase your seat in this block. General admission may be permitted at certain games but is not guaranteed. To guarantee your seat in Boomerang Corner, you must purchase a seat in this area.

Existing season ticket holders who wish to move their seats to this area will be given first refusal to book in this area. This is your only opportunity to change your season ticket(s) seat(s). Timelines are outlined below.

*To be eligible to exchange your season ticket(s), you MUST have renewed your season ticket(s) between Wednesday 1 March and Wednesday 22 March 2023.

• Renewals Start – Wednesday 1 March (12pm noon)
• Renewals End - Wednesday 22 March (12pm noon)
• Exchange Starts - Wednesday 29 March (12pm noon)
• Exchange Ends - Wednesday 5 April (12pm noon)

2023/24 Season Tickets - General Public

• Early Bird Starts – Wednesday 12 April (12pm noon)
• Early Bird Ends – Wednesday 31 May (12pm noon)
