EIHL Fan Survey Launched

In cooperation with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), the Elite League has announced its first-ever Fan Survey to get fan feedback on a whole range of topics connected to supporting your team in the EIHL.

The survey aims to hear your views on the different EIHL competitions, the game day experiences in arenas, and to find out how fans interact with their team, the league and its partners.

The survey can be completed online and is estimated to take between 7-10 minutes to complete. Submissions will close on Sunday 26th March at 11:59PM.

As a thank you for taking part, USA Sports is offering participants a 25% discount code. This will be displayed after submitting the survey.

Additionally, those who are happy to give their email address will be entered into a draw to win prizes:

Five pairs of tickets for the 2023 Playoff Finals Weekend (or 2024 if you'd like to carry them forward) are on offer, plus five sets of £25 gift vouchers for USA Sports.

Prize winners will be drawn after the survey has closed on 26 March 2023.

HOW THE DATA WILL BE USED

The Elite League is engaging PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) to conduct and analyse the results of the Fan Survey. They will produce a breakdown of the results for the EIHL, and individually for each team based on who you choose as the team you watch most often. The Elite League will share an overview of the key results from the survey online.

Important: if you submit your email address to be entered into any prize draws, the Elite League will not see your answers and email address together and neither will teams. These will be separated by PwC before the raw data is presented and given to the Elite League, or your email address is provided for prize draws.

The answers you give to the questions in the survey will remain entirely anonymous. Email addresses are only being collected to participate in the prize draw, or for further marketing communications, if you give permission to be included in those.

If you agree to opt in to further marketing communications, this will be confirmed to the email address provided when the survey has closed on 26 March 2023 at 11:59PM. This email will contain the option to opt out of such communications, or you may also do so at any future time.
