GIANT Anniversary Weekend Games

This weekend, we will be celebrating 25 seasons of the Belfast Giants with double-header ice hockey action against the Nottingham Panthers at The SSE Arena, Belfast. Tickets are selling fast with remaining tickets available here. Check out what's happening on the nights, so you don't miss a beat.

Face Painting

Whether you'd like to rep Giants colours or transform yourself into something cool, our fabulous face painters will work their magic. Head to The Bridge at both games from doors opening until the end of the second intermission to get involved.

GIANT Selfie Pod and 360° Camera

Capture GIANT memories on the night in the Giant-themed selfie pod which will be located on The Bridge. If you fancy getting your groove on and getting your friends or family involved, check out the 360° video camera station by OFF SIDE on the ground-floor of the Arena.

Clap Banners

Keep an eye out on random seats around the Arena for limited edition clap banners. These cardboard posters can be folded to create a loud clapping noise. Use these to get loud in support of your Belfast Giants while you cheer them on at the games!

Fireworks and Effects

The pre-game show will kick-start both games with a twist using additional pyrotechnic effects to mark the special anniversary celebrations in style. Please note, there will also be fast-moving, strobe effect lighting in use during the game.

Shirt Off The Back Raffle

Your men in teal will don limited edition 25th anniversary teal and silver jerseys over the weekend. By entering the game night raffle from stands and sellers around the concourse, you will have the chance to WIN a special jersey in the full team Shirt Off The Back on the night.

25th Anniversary Merchandise

There will be limited edition 25th season merch available from National Merchandise stands around the Arena on the night. Treat yourself to some keepsakes to remember the 25th season of the club.

Game Night Giveaways

Be in with a chance to take home half of a GIANT cash prize by entering the Giants’ 50/50 lottery. Purchase tickets at kiosks around the concourse when doors open; the more tickets sold, the larger the prize pot becomes!

Get involved in the Chuck-a-Puck game during the second-period intermission. Chuck your (foam) pucks onto the ice as close to the mascot as possible. If you manage to land one of the closest three pucks to centre ice, you'll win GIANT prizes. Chuck-a-Pucks will be on sale for £2 each from stands around the concourse.
