Giants partner with Lasell University

The partnership will offer connected learning experiences to Lasell students and the opportunity for players to pursue graduate and undergraduate degrees through Lasell’s comprehensive online degree programs which offers more than 40 academic options. Through this agreement, the Giants and Lasell University will also develop traditional and digital marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns that will help each organisation reach new audiences.

In addition to the MBA track, graduate level degree programmes are available to players, to include Master of Science in Applied Sports Analytics, Master of Science in Sport Management, and degrees in Business and Communication. Belfast Giants players will also be offered the opportunity to pursue degrees with discounted tuition rates.

Lasell has previously partnered with The Odyssey Trust, owners of the Belfast Giants, on an international connected learning experience which included students from the school of Health Sciences, participating in the annual Friendship Four Tournament. The Friendship Four is the only NCAA Division 1 college hockey tournament played outside the United States.
