Go Set to Fuel Partnership with Giants

Go have become the most recent sponsor to partner with the Belfast Giants having agreed a three and a half year deal until 2025.

Go currently operate around 50 petrol and fuelling sites, including 24hr express & dealer accounts throughout the UK and Ireland. They currently supply fuel to Translink NI and Northern Ireland Emergency Services, in addition to supplying aviation fuel to leading airlines that service the country.

Steve Thornton, head of commercial for the Belfast Giants, commented on the partnership: “The Stena Line Belfast Giants are ecstatic to have Go on board for the 2022/2023 season and beyond. Go is a company with rising success, expanding across the UK and Ireland and we’re excited they’re choosing to do it with the Belfast Giants.

“Go are keen on their customer-first experience, and deliver the best service to their clients. This mentality is something we admire and strive for in our organisation as well. We’re excited to grow with Go!”

The agreement will see the Go logo placed prominently on the Belfast Giants kit, alongside branding throughout The SSE Arena, Belfast and on the ice. Giants' fans will also enjoy a range of competitions throughout the season to win big with Go.

Commenting on the partnership, Declan Mullan, Go sales and marketing executive, said: “We are delighted to be on board with the Belfast Giants as the team attracts a lot of interest within our local community both here & overseas. ‘Go’ have recently begun operating further afield including across mainland UK, so the brand will soon quickly become a more recognisable brand outside of Ireland.
