Season Ticket Exchange Period Now Open
Having already secured your ticket for the 2022/23 Season, you now have the opportunity to exchange your seat, to choose another area within the Arena, subject to availability.
This seat exchange period is open from 12 noon on Monday 25th April, and will end at 12 noon on Friday 29 April 2022.
This will be your only opportunity to change your Season Ticket(s). Once the seat exchange window ends - Season Tickets will then go on public sale.
Please note, as already communicated, you must sit in your allocated seat. If you would like to sit in the home fan block (known as Boomerang Corner) at West Tier 7 (Door 15/16) you must purchase your seat in this block.
Please note you cannot downgrade your seats online during this process i.e., move to a lower price category ticket. If you wish to do this you will need to contact us at info@belfastgiants.com
If you wish to make a change to your current seat(s) please log into your account and then follow the steps below:
- View and select seats for exchange, by selecting the block you want.
- Once you have selected the Block you want, you can use the seat map to choose the seats you wish to purchase. and place the seats in your shopping cart.
- Review the seats in your shopping cart and the exchange cost (if applicable) and select checkout.
- Select 'make payment’ and enter your payment details.
