Entry Information

If you are a single game ticket holder please enter via the main front doors on the south side of the arena or via the Odyssey Place 1st floor entrance.

Schools and groups can enter the arena via the Odyssey Place entrance. This entrance is located on the ground floor across from Hollywood Bowl.

General Parking Information

Odyssey car park has 1,500 spaces and is a shared facility for the whole complex. Traffic congestion can be expected on all approaches to the venue during events and the car park fills rapidly. Visitors are advised to allow plenty of time, both to get to the Arena and to get parked.

The surface car parks in TQL are open 24/7 and pay and display adjacent to the Titanic drawing offices.

All DOE surface car parks are 24/7 and free from 6.30pm, the nearest ones to The SSE Arena, Belfast are Middlepath Street and Station Street, a short 5/10 minute walk.

Disabled parking spaces are available in the Odyssey car park as normal.

Bus Parking Information

Bus parking for schools and groups can be facilitated in the Odyssey overflow car park. Bus parking is limited in this location and once full buses will need to look for alternative parking in the Titanic Quarter area. All drop-offs and pick-ups should be done in the Overflow car park and not on the roadside for patron’s safety.

Merchandise

Friendship Four merchandise, including t-shirts, hoodies, pucks, and more can be ordered and purchased from outlets around the concourse or via the Belfast Giants website. <LINK>

Shirt Raffle

Take part in the shirt raffle for the chance to WIN one of four limited edition 2025 Friendship Four jerseys signed by the participating teams. There will be a raffle held on each game day.

Tickets for the game day shirt raffles can be purchased from stands and sellers around the concourse during all four games.

50/50 Raffle

Join in on the 50/50 raffles held each day to be in with a chance to take home half of a GIANT prize pot. The more entries there are, the more the pot grows!

Traffic

We advise that you leave additional time for your journey due to expected traffic congestion in the area and use public transport/carpool where possible.

We expect high demand for parking spaces; therefore customers may need to seek alternative parking arrangements in the Titanic Quarter area. If doing so, please only use designated parking areas and avoid parking illegally. Parking is not permitted in areas with double yellow lines and with no waiting/parking signage displayed. The Police will take a zero-tolerance approach to this going forward and will issue fixed penalty notices in accordance.

Security Checks

If you are visiting the arena for the Friendship Four please ensure you arrive in plenty of time to pass through our security checks.

Please do not bring unnecessary items to the venue. Bags of A4 size or smaller may be accepted if necessary. Please note cloakroom facilities are not available. All bags will be searched before being accepted into the Arena.

The SSE Arena, Belfast is a no-smoking and no-vaping building. Smoking within the Arena, including E-Cigarettes, is prohibited. The SSE Arena, Belfast offers a pass-out system to permit customers to exit and re-enter the Arena for smoking. Please retain your ticket at all times as this will be used to exit and re-enter.

General Pre-Event Information

Cashless Venue

The SSE Arena, Belfast is a cashless venue. Please be prepared to pay by card for food, drink, merchandise and car parking.

Concession Tickets

Please note, proof of eligibility is required for all concession tickets, and will be requested upon entry to all games.

Off Ice

The ground floor bar OFF ICE will be open from 6PM on Friday and 2PM on Saturday (18+ only).

Seating

Friendship Four games are general admission events and seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Stewards around the arena will be available to help you find seats.

Fan Attire

Sporting colours or tops are not permitted, except for Ice Hockey jerseys.

Food & Beverage

Please note, food and beverages must be obtained from The SSE Arena, Belfast. Customers are not permitted to bring in their own food or drinks in line with the Arena’s standard terms and conditions.
