2025/26 Season Tickets
PLEASE NOTE: Season ticket holders must sit in their allocated seat(s). The home fan area, known as Boomerang Corner, is fully ticketed.
Existing season ticket holders who wish to move their seats to this area are given first refusal to book. The club provides an opportunity for season ticket holders to exchange their seats at the end of the renewal period before season tickets go on sale to the general public.
2025/26 season tickets will be released in two batches. The first half of your season ticket(s) will now show in your account until a few weeks before the start of the season. The second half will appear prior to January 2026 (subject to payments being up-to-date).

Proof of eligibility is required for children, students, and persons over the age of 65. Children are classified as 16 years of age and under. A family ticket consists of two adults and two children.

What’s Included?
- Your seat is secured for the whole season, covering all Belfast Giants home games in the Elite Ice Hockey League at The SSE Arena, Belfast. This does not include any quarter-finals, semi-finals, and knockout games.
- All Challenge Cup group games will also be included in your season ticket. This does not include any quarter-finals, semi-finals, and knockout games.
- You will also get first refusal on purchasing your seat for any additional fixtures (e.g., pre-season games and Challenge Cup knockout games), and any other home events not covered by your season ticket.

Entry
- Season tickets are transferrable as long as they are used by someone in the same category (e.g., student), otherwise entry will be refused.
- Families (two adults and two children under 16 years of age), children (under 16 years of age), students, and persons over the age of 65 must provide proof of eligibility.
- Fans are expected to adhere to the terms and conditions for entry, as set by The SSE Arena, Belfast.
- The SSE Arena, Belfast reserves the right to amend entry requirements based on public health or government guidance.
- You and your belongings may be searched upon entry to the venue and during the event. Full details of The SSE Arena, Belfast’s terms and conditions can be found here.
- The club reserves the right to deny any season ticket holder entry to The SSE Arena, Belfast for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, and nuisance.
- The club reserves the right to revoke a season ticket at any time.
- All Belfast Giants fans are expected to subscribe to the club’s ethos that 'In the Land of Giants, Everyone is Equal'. Discrimination or abuse of staff, players, officials, and other fans in any form will not be tolerated.

When Will I Receive my 2025/26 Digital Season Ticket?
- The first half of your season ticket(s) will not show in your account until a few weeks before the start of the season. The second half will appear prior to January 2026 (subject to payments being up-to-date).

Payments
- If availing of a payment plan for your 2025/26 season ticket(s), the monthly fee will be taken from your bank account on the 5th of every month.
- £10 admin fee will be automatically incurred for any missed payments.
- It is the responsibility of each season ticket holder to ensure that payments are processed and kept up-to-date.
- Please note that your card number is linked to your season ticket account, not your bank account. If your card number or information changes, you must update this in Account Manager.
- Failure to complete payments will result in the cancellation of the season ticket(s), and seat(s) will be released for general sale.
- No refunds or exchanges will be permitted after purchase (from first renewal), except during the designated exchange period.
- Failure to pay for 2025/26 season ticket by 1 February 2026 will invalidate 2025/26 season tickets and renewal for the 2026/27 season.

Adding or Updating Card Details
- You can log in to your account and make a payment with a new card. When a payment is made with the new card, you will be prompted to save the card for future payments.

Value
- During the course of the season, promotions will be offered, which may or may not alter the relative value of the season ticket(s).

Seating
- You must sit in your allocated seat(s).
- If you would like to sit in the home fan block, known as Boomerang Corner, at West Tier 7 (Doors 15 & 16), you must have purchased your seat(s) in this area.
- The venue may remove any section of seating at any time, for any reason, without penalty. If this happens you will be notified and offered an alternative seating arrangement.

Booking
- Please note, the club is unable to transfer or reallocate season tickets once they have been confirmed and accepted.

Family, Children, Student & Over 65 Tickets
Eligibility and accepted ID formats can be found below. Evidence must be submitted here within two weeks of renewal or purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to renew your season ticket for the 2025/26 season and need to change categories (e.g., child to student), please contact us via the form below before beginning the renewal process.
FAMILY
- A family ticket consists of two adults and two children aged 16 years or under.
CHILDREN- Must be 16 years of age or under from 1 September 2025 until 1 May 2026.
- Provide ID confirming birth name and date of birth.
- Accepted ID - Birth Certificate and Passport.
- Children under the age of three are permitted entry for free, without requiring a ticket, but are not allocated a designated seat.
OVER 65
- Must be over 65 from 1 September 2025.
- Provide ID confirming birth name and date of birth.
- Accepted ID - Birth Certificate, Passport, Driver's License, Translink Senior 65+, and Smart Pass 65+.
STUDENT
- Must be a student from 1 September 2025 until 1 May 2026
- Provide ID confirming name and date of birth.
- Accepted ID - Student ID Card and/or Acceptance Letter.
- First year students have up until 1 September 2025 to submit eligible evidence.
PLEASE NOTE: Once evidence has been provided, this will be valid for three years or until the evidence expires.

Essential Companion Tickets
For the 2025/26 season, disabled season ticket holders will be able to continue to avail of an essential companion ticket by following the guidance below.
- Disabled season ticket holders will need to purchase a standard season ticket. If you require an essential companion ticket, please create your account on Ticketmaster first, if you do not already have one here.
- Contact us via the form below with season ticket account number and seats required.
- Evidence should be uploaded here within two weeks.
- Season ticket holders will be notified when the account has been updated.
- Accepted evidence includes front page of DLA (medium or higher rate), front page of attendance allowance letter (no specific rate required), front range of PIP (no specific rate required), evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind), recognised assistance dog identification card, letter from doctor or consultant.
- As the essential companion ticket is given on the understanding that this individual will assist you in the event of an emergency, this seat must be beside you.
- Once evidence has been provided, this will be valid for three years or when the evidence expires.
- Failure to provide the correct evidence may invalidate your season ticket(s).

F&B
- Food and beverages must be obtained from The SSE Arena, Belfast. In line with the Arena’s standard terms and conditions, customers are not permitted to bring their own food and drinks.
- 2025/26 season ticket holders are unable to avail of 10% discount at PAY & AWAY or at any self-order food and beverage outlets.
